We try to be as accommodating as possible with refunds or reschedules and will do our best to find a solution.

– If we cancel your booking for any reason, then a full refund will be issued. We will always contact you in the case of a cancellation. Please do not assume that if the weather is bad, for example, that the session will be cancelled. Under most circumstances the session can go ahead as planned.

– All bookings are non refundable if you decide to cancel the booking.

– If there is a reasonable amount of time for us to fill your space again, then we can look to reschedule your booking if required. A minimum of 1 weeks notice is required for this.

– We encourage our customers to do the right thing in terms of COVID 19 and therefore we will reschedule any booking regardless of the notice period if there is proof of a positive PCR test.
